Dr. Christian Rummell

Dr. Christian Rummell is an internationally recognized youth mentoring expert with over 30 years of experience as a researcher, trainer, and  advocate. As Principal Consultant at Mentorist, he partners with national youth-serving organizations, foundations, allies, and caring adults to strengthen how we create spaces of belonging and possibilities. 

Dr. Rummell is a Research Board Member and Training Provider for the National Mentoring Resource Center. served on the Advisory Group for MENTOR's Elements of Effective Mentoring Practice (5th edition), led a multi-year national pilot with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, developed training and resources for MENTOR Canada and Oregon CASA Network and is currently on the Fulbright Specialist Roster sponsored by the US Department of State. Dr. Rummell believes that every young person should have someone in their corner.
