Support Level: $250–$1,000

Help keep affirming, research-based training accessible to frontline professionals working with LGBTQ+ youth—especially in places where this work is being challenged or silenced.

What it supports:

• Keep the Ally:Verb platform live and accessible
• Fund updates to existing training modules
• Distribute free tools and resource guides to allies and programs
• Acknowledge your contribution with your name or logo (or remain anonymous, if you prefer)

Support Level: $1,000–$3,000

Go beyond training. Work directly with Mentorist to assess your environment, identify key equity goals, and co-create a customized roadmap for making your program more affirming.

What it supports:

• Organizational assessment or needs scan to understand your agency's current challenges and opportunities
• Strategic planning sessions with program leadership
• Concrete plan for implementation (training, policies, resources) and support to move forward

Support Level: $2,500–$5,000

Center LGBTQ+ voices in your work. Sponsor a youth listening session, staff reflection series, or mini qualitative study to deepen understanding and shift culture.

What it supports:

• Listening sessions to document LGBTQ+ voices in your program or community
• Translation of insights about barriers and/or opportunities into program recommendations for change
• Technical assistance to help implement next steps

Support Level: $5,000–$10,000+

Partner with Mentorist to develop new, field-facing tools that extend your learning to others. From resource guides to training modules, your support helps turn knowledge into new ways we can support LGBTQ+ youth. 

What it supports:

• Creation of original training content, guides, or curricula
• Branding/collaboration credit where appropriate
• Distribution to youth-serving professionals nationwide
